Sh. Ramesh Chander Dhand S/o Sh. Kewal Krishan Dhand GPA holder of Sh. Amrit Lal Malhotra S/o Sh. Ishar Dass & Smt. Kamal Mohini W/o Sh. Amrit Lal Malhotra, R/o H.No.51, Manemajra, Tehsil & P.O. Chamkor Sahib, Distt. Rupnagar, Punjab has approached to the Chandigarh Housing Board for the issuance of Duplicate Copy of Allotment letter, Possession Letter and NDC in respect of Dwelling Unit No.3495 of MIG(Ind.) Category in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh due to loss of these documents. He has furnished the D.D.R. No.39, registered with Police Station, Maloya, Chandigarh which was lodge by Sh. Harsh Vivek S/o Sh. Ramesh Chander Dhand on dated 4.7.2016 regarding the loss of above said documents and report from the above said Police Post/Station that the same are still non-traceable. Any person having any objection, against the issuance of duplicate copy of Allotment letter, Possession letter and NDC in respect of the above said Dwelling Unit to the said Sh. Ramesh Chander Dhand S/o Sh. Kewal Krishan Dhand (GPA holder), he/she should file the objection before the undersigned in writing within 15 days from the publication of this notice, failing which the documents shall be issued. Further, in case original documents as mentioned above are found by anyone, the same should be submitted in the above noted Police Post/Station or in the office of the undersigned.
