Sh. Nand Kishore S/o Sh. Dharam Singh and Smt. Anju W/o Sh. Nand Kishore, resident of House No.362-B, in Dhanas, Chandigarh has approached to the Chandigarh Housing Board for the issuance of Duplicate Copy of Allotment letter and Possession Slip in respect of Flat No.362-B of Licence Basis in Dhanas, Chandigarh due to loss of these documents. They have furnished the G.D. No.038, registered with Police Post, Sector-19, Chandigarh on dated 12.04.2016 regarding the loss of above said documents and report from the said Police Station that the same are still non-traceable. Any person having any objection, against the issuance of duplicate copy of Allotment letter and Possession Slip in respect of the above said Flat to the said Sh. Nand Kishore S/o Sh. Dharam Singh and Smt. Anju W/o Sh. Nand Kishore, he/she should file the objection before the undersigned in writing within 15 days from the publication of this notice, failing which the documents shall be issued. Further, in case original documents as mentioned above are found by anyone, the same should be submitted in the above noted Police Post or in the office of the undersigned.
