Bringing Information to the Citizens

Right to Information Act 2005 mandates timely response to citizen requests for government information. It is an initiative taken by Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions to provide a - RTI Portal Gateway to the citizens for quick search of information on the details of first Appellate DOWNLOADS, PIOs etc. amongst others, besides access to RTI related information / disclosures published on the web by various Public DOWNLOADS under the government of India as well as the State Governments.

Procedure for Submitting RTI

Applicant can submit his/her request for supply of information under RTI Act 2005 to be provided by Chandigarh Housing Board. The request can be submitted at the:

1. Reception Counter, Chandigarh Housing Board.
2. E-Sampark Centers.
3. Online portal : https://rtionline.gov.in/

Along with the postal order in favour of Chandigarh Housing Board or by cash of minimum of Rs 10. The reply to these requests are time bound and are replied within 30 days of receiving the application.
