Transfer of D.U. on the basis of consensual Transfer policy through SPA & GPA holders.

It is hereby notified for the General Public that the following person have applied for the transfer of allotment of the under mentioned Dwelling Units on the basis of Consensual Transfer policy through his Special Powers Attorney & General Power Attorney holder under Regulation 16 of the Chandigarh Housing Board (Allotment, Management and Sale of Tenements) Regulations 1979. The details of the applicants and Dwelling Units are as under:-
