Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2014/2 in Sector-47-C dated: 29-2-16

Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2014/2 in Sector-47-C, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Paramjit Singh S/o Late Sh. Kulwant Singh (Legal Heir of Late Sh. Kulwant Singh S/o Late Sh. Maghi Ram who was GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee & Late Smt. Sunder Kaur W/o Late Sh.Kulwant Singh who was SPA holder of original allottee Sh. Kuldeep Singh Sondhi S/o Late Sh. Raj Pal Singh).

 

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Paramjit Singh S/o Late Sh. Kulwant Singh (Legal Heir of Late Sh. Kulwant Singh S/o Late Sh. Maghi Ram & Late Smt. Sunder Kaur W/o Late Sh.Kulwant Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2014/2 of HIG(L)-II Category in Sector-47-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Kulwant Singh S/o Late Sh. Maghi Ram expired on 30.03.2005 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee and Smt. Sunder Kaur W/o Late Sh.Kulwant Singh expired on 05.02.2007 who was SPA holder of original allottee Sh. Kuldeep Singh Sondhi S/o Late Sh. Raj Pal Singh and stated that he is the Legal heir of the deceased GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holders. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Paramjit Singh S/o Late Sh. Kulwant Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
