Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2840 in Sector-47-C, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Surinder Kaur W/o Late Sh. Gurtar Singh (SPA holder of original allottee & Legal heirs of Late Sh. Gurtar Singh S/o Sh. Bir Singh who was the GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Virat Kumar Sama S/o Sh. Kanwar Lal Sama).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Surinder Kaur W/o Late Sh. Gurtar Singh (SPA holder of original allottee & Legal heirs of Late Sh. Gurtar Singh S/o Sh. Bir Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2840 of LIG Category in Sector-47-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Gurtar Singh S/o Sh. Bir Singh expired on 12.10.2014 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA holder of original allottee Sh. Virat Kumar Sama S/o Sh. Kanwar Lal Sama and she is the Legal heir of the deceased GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Surinder Kaur W/o Late Sh. Gurtar Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
