Subject: –  Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2923/2 in Sector-47-C, Chandigarh from the name of Smt. Bhupinder Kaur W/o Sh. Opinder Singh on the basis of Consentual Transection policy in favour of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Madan Mohan Lal.

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that allottee Smt. Bhupinder Kaur D/o S. Hardev Singh & W/o Sh. Opinder Singh has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2923/2 of LIG Category in Sector-47-C, Chandigarh in favour of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Madan Mohan Lal on the basis of Consentual Transection policy. She has futher stated that she had executed a General Power of Attorney in favour of her mother Smt. Gurcharan Kaur W/o Sh. Hardev Singh, R/o # 2808, Sector-22-C, Chandigarh which was registed with the Sub-Registrar, Chandigarh and same has been cancelled on 11.03.2011.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Madan Mohan Lal, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
