Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 443/2 in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Kuldeep Kaur W/o Late Sh. Joginder Singh (Legal Heir of Late Sh. Joginder Singh S/o Sh. Khushal Singh who was GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Joginder Kumar Sawhney S/o Chuni Lal Sawhney).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Kuldeep Kaur W/o Late Sh. Joginder Singh (Legal Heir of Late Sh. Joginder Singh S/o Sh. Khushal Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.443/2 of LIG Category in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Joginder Singh S/o Sh. Khushal Singh expired on 11.01.2010 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Joginder Kumar Sawhney S/o Chuni Lal Sawhney and she is the Legal heir of the deceased GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder. She has has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Kuldeep Kaur W/o Late Sh. Joginder Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
