Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 1026/2 of HIG Category in Sector-39-B

Subject: –   Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 1026/2 of HIG Category in Sector-39-B, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Hardeep Jain W/o Sh. Sunil Jain (Daughter) (Legal heir of Late Sh. Gurdeep Singh Dhillon S/o S. Hazura Singh who was Sub-GPA and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Krishan Kumar S/o Sh. Charanji Lal).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Hardeep Jain W/o Sh. Sunil Jain & D/o Late Sh. Gurdeep Singh Dhillon (Legal heir of Late Sh. Gurdeep Singh Dhillon S/o S. Hazura Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.1026/2 of HIG Category in Sector-39-B, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Gurdeep Singh Dhillon S/o S. Hazura Singh expired on 12.07.2009 at CHANDIGARH who was      Sub-GPA and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Krishan Kumar S/o Sh. Charanji Lal and she is the legal heir of of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Hardeep Jain W/o Sh. Sunil Jain, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
