June 27, 2016Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 1702 of HIG-II Category in Sector-43-B, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Harbans Kaur W/o Late S. Pritpal Singh (SPA holder of original allottee & Legal heir of Late Sh. Pritpal Singh S/o Sh. Isher Singh who was GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Vinay Kapoor S/o Sh. P.R. Kapoor).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Harbans Kaur W/o Late S. Pritpal Singh (SPA holder of original allottee & Legal heir of Late Sh. Pritpal Singh S/o Sh. Isher Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.1702 of HIG-II Category in Sector-43-B, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Pritpal Singh S/o Sh. Isher Singh expired on 05.06.2015 at MOHALI(PUNJAB) who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Vinay Kapoor S/o Sh. P.R. Kapoor and she is the legal heir of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Harbans Kaur W/o Late S. Pritpal Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
