Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 1713/2 of HIG(L) Category in Sector-43-B dated-25-7-16

Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 1713/2 of HIG(L) Category in Sector-43-B, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Narinder Singh S/o Sh. Waryam Singh on the basis of Sub-GPA transfer policy after the death of GPA holder Sh. Attar Singh Guleria S/o Late Sh. Pardhan Singh Guleria.

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Narinder Singh S/o Sh. Waryam Singh (Sub-GPA and Agreement to Sell holder) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.1713/2 of HIG(L) Category in Sector-43-B, Chandigarh on the basis of GPA/Sub-GPA transfer policy to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Attar Singh Guleria S/o Late Sh. Pardhan Singh Guleria expired on 15.08.2007 at PANCHKULA(HARYANA) who was GPA, SPA and Agreement to Sell holder of the original transferees Sh. Vijay Malhotra and Smt. Sadhna Suri and he has also stated that all the legal heirs of the deceased GPA holder have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Narinder Singh S/o Sh. Waryam Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
