Subject: –  Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 1738/1 of LIG Category in Sector-29-B, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Kusam Lata W/o Sh. Harish Malhotra (Legal heir as daughter of Sh. Sohan Lal S/o Sh. Behari Lal who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Gokul Chand Bhargava S/o Sh. Babu Lal Bhargava).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Kusam Lata W/o Sh. Harish Malhotra (Legal heir as daughter of Sh. Sohan Lal S/o Sh. Behari Lal) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.1738/1 of LIG Category in Sector-29-B, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Sohan Lal S/o Sh. Behari Lal expired on 07.04.2015 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Gokul Chand Bhargava S/o Sh. Babu Lal Bhargava and she is the legal heir of of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Kusam Lata W/o Sh. Harish Malhotra, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
