Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 1748 of EWS Category in Sector-29-B dated-12-7-16

Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 1748 of EWS Category in Sector-29-B, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Charanjeet Kaur W/o Late Sh. Surjit Singh (Legal heir of Late Smt. Niranjan Kaur W/o Sh. Beant Singh who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee and Legal heir of Sh. Surjit Singh S/o Sh. Beant Singh who was SPA holder of original allottee Sh. Mahbub Ahmed S/o Sh. Mahmud Hussain).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Charanjeet Kaur W/o Late Sh. Surjit Singh (Legal heir of Late Smt. Niranjan Kaur and Sh. Surjit Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.1748 of EWS Category in Sector-29-B, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Niranjan Kaur W/o Sh. Beant Singh expired on 08.01.2007 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee and  Sh. Surjit Singh S/o Sh. Beant Singh has also expired on 24.07.2011 at CHANDIGARH who was SPA holder of original allottee Sh. Mahbub Ahmed S/o Sh. Mahmud Hussain and she is the legal heir of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Charanjeet Kaur W/o Late Sh. Surjit Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
