Transfer of Ownership of D.U. No. 2005/3 in Sector 45-C Chandigarh, Dated-26-07-16

Subject: – Transfer of Ownership of D.U. No. 2005/3 in Sector 45-C Chandigarh in the name of Ms. Supriya Narula (Daughter) W/o Sh. Saurabh Narula (Legal Heir of Late Smt. Sushil Dhingra W/o Sh. S.L.Dhingra who was Sub-GPA holder of original allottee Sh. Onkar Singh S/o Sh. Makhan Singh).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Ms. Supriya Narula (Daughter) W/o Sh. Saurabh Narula (Legal Heir of Late Smt. Sushil Dhingra W/o Sh. S.L.Dhingra) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2005/3 of MIG(L) Category in Sector-45-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Sushil Dhingra W/o Sh. S.L.Dhingra expired on 08.05.2014 at PASCHIM VIHAR, DELHI who was Sub-GPA holder of the original allottee Sh. Onkar Singh S/o Sh. Makhan Singh and she is the legal heir of the deceased Sub-GPA holder. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Ms. Supriya Narula (Daughter) W/o Sh. Saurabh Narula, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
