Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2039/2 of MIG(L) Category in Sector-45-C, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Gaurav Behl S/o Late Sh. Surinder Kumar Behl (Legal heirs of Late Sh. Surinder Kumar Behl S/o Sh. Ved Parkash Behl who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. M.S. Oberoi S/o S. Nanak Singh Oberoi).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Gaurav Behl S/o Late Sh. Surinder Kumar Behl (Legal heirs of Late Sh. Surinder Kumar Behl S/o Sh. Ved Parkash Behl) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2039/2 of MIG(L) Category in  Sector-45-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Surinder Kumar Behl S/o Sh. Ved Parkash Behl expired on 31.01.2016 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottees Sh. M.S. Oberoi S/o S. Nanak Singh Oberoi and he is the legal heir of the deceased. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Gaurav Behl S/o Late Sh. Surinder Kumar Behl, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
