Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2079/2 of MIG(L) Category in Sector-45-C, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Jivan Kumar Rajput S/o Sh. Hans Raj (SPA holder and Legal heir of Smt. Krishna Devi W/o Late Sh. Hans Raj Rajput who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Radha Krishan S/o Sh. Rameshwar Dass).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Jivan Kumar Rajput S/o Sh. Hans Raj (SPA holder and Legal heir of Smt. Krishna Devi W/o Late Sh. Hans Raj Rajput) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2079/2 of MIG(L) Category in Sector-45-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Krishna Devi W/o Late Sh. Hans Raj Rajput expired on 11.09.2004 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Radha Krishan S/o Sh. Rameshwar Dass and he is the legal heir of the deceased. He has also stated that no other legal heir has been left out and all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Jivan Kumar Rajput S/o Sh. Hans Raj Rajput, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
