August 23, 2016Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2181 of MIG(L) Category in Sector-45-C, Chandigarh in the names of Smt. Seema Khatri W/o Sh. Rajiv Khatri (as daughter and Legal heir of Late Smt. Pushpa Jaggi W/o Sh. P.R. Jaggi & Late Sh. Jeetendera Jaggi S/o Sh. P.R. Jaggi who were GPA and SPA holder of original allottee and Legal heir of Late Sh. P.R. Jaggi S/o Sh. Sant Ram Jaggi who was WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of allottee Sh. Varinder Kumar Chopra S/o Late Sh. Phagu Mal Chopra).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Seema Khatri W/o Sh. Rajiv Khatri (as daughter and Legal heir of Late Smt. Pushpa Jaggi W/o Sh. P.R. Jaggi and Late Sh. P.R. Jaggi S/o Sh. Sant Ram Jaggi) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2181 of MIG(L) Category in Sector-45-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Pushpa Jaggi W/o Sh. P.R. Jaggi (Mother) expired on 28.06.2002 at BIAS, AMRITSAR (PUNJAB) who was one of the GPA & SPA holder of the allottee and Sh. P.R. Jaggi S/o Sh. Sant Ram Jaggi (Father) also expired on 20.01.2015 at KOLKATA who was WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Varinder Kumar Chopra S/o Late Sh. Phagu Mal Chopra and she is the legal heir of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Seema Khatri W/o Sh. Rajiv Khatri, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
