Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2184/2 of MIG(L) Category in Sector-45-C

Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2184/2 of MIG(L) Category in  Sector-45-C, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Sudarshan Kumari W/o Late Sh. Bansi Lal Gupta (SPA holder of original allottee and Legal heir of Late Sh. Bansi Lal Gupta S/o Sh. Ram Rakha Mal who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Nirmal Tej Singh S/o Sh. Balbir Singh).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Sudarshan Kumari W/o Late Sh. Bansi Lal Gupta (SPA holder of original allottee and Legal heir of Late Sh. Bansi Lal Gupta S/o Sh. Ram Rakha Mal) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2184/2 of MIG(L) Category in Sector-45-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Bansi Lal Gupta S/o Sh. Ram Rakha Mal expired on 20.12.2006 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Nirmal Tej Singh S/o Sh. Balbir Singh and she is the legal heir of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Sudarshan Kumari W/o Late Sh. Bansi Lal Gupta, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
