Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2516 in Sector-44-C, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Suman Mittal W/o Sh. Ashok Mittal (SPA holder & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee) after the Death of Sh. Ram Kumar Gupta S/o Late Sh. Siri Chand who was GPA holder of original allottee Sh. Kanwarjit Singh S/o Sh. Mehtab Singh).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Suman Mittal W/o Sh. Ashok Mittal (SPA holder & Agreement to Sell holder) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2516 of LIG Category in Sector-44-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Ram Kumar Gupta S/o Late Sh. Siri Chand expired on 08.12.1997 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA holder of original allottee Sh. Kanwarjit Singh S/o Sh. Mehtab Singh and she has also stated that all the legal heirs of Sh. Ram Kumar Gupta have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Suman Mittal W/o Sh. Ashok Mittal, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
