Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2811/1 of LIG/EWS Category in Sector-47-C

Subject: –  Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2811/1 of LIG/EWS Category in Sector-47-C, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/o Late Sh. Hoshiar Singh Rana (Co-GPA holder and Legal heir of Sh. Hoshiar Singh Rana S/o Sh. Faqir Chand who was WILL & Agreement to Sell holder and Co-GPA holder of original allottee Ms. Adesh Kumari D/o Sh. Shiv Lal Sikka).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/o Late Sh. Hoshiar Singh Rana (Co-GPA holder and Legal heir of Sh. Hoshiar Singh Rana S/o Sh. Faqir Chand) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2811/1 of LIG/EWS Category in Sector-47-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Hoshiar Singh Rana S/o Sh. Faqir Chand expired on 15.07.2010 at S.A.S. NAGAR (PUNJAB) who was WILL & Agreement to Sell holder and Co-GPA holder of original allottee Ms. Adesh Kumari D/o Sh. Shiv Lal Sikka and she is the legal heir of of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/o Late Sh. Hoshiar Singh Rana, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
