May 12, 2016Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2925 of LIG Category in Sector-47-C, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Rajesh Siwach S/o Late Sh. Balbir Singh (SPA holder and Legal heir of Sh. Balbir Singh Siwach S/o Late Sh. Diwan Singh who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Manohar Lal S/o Sh. Krishan Lal).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Rajesh Siwach S/o Late Sh. Balbir Singh (SPA holder and Legal heir of Sh. Balbir Singh Siwach S/o Late Sh. Diwan Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2925 of LIG Category in Sector-47-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Balbir Singh Siwach S/o Late Sh. Diwan Singh expired on 14.05.2005 at NEW DELHI who was the GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Manohar Lal S/o Sh. Krishan Lal and he is the legal heir of the deceased. He has also stated that no other legal heir has been left out and all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Rajesh Siwach S/o Late Sh. Balbir Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
