Subject: –  Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3013 of LIG Category in Dhanas, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Ravinder Kaur W/o Sh. Himat Singh (SPA holder of original allottee and Legal heir of Late Sh. Himat Singh S/o Sh. Attar Singh who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Kirpal Singh S/o Sh. Ajmer Singh).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Ravinder Kaur W/o Sh. Himat Singh (SPA holder of original allottee and Legal heir of Late Sh. Himat Singh S/o Sh. Attar Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3013 of LIG Category in Dhanas, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Himat Singh S/o Sh. Attar Singh expired on 27.04.2015 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Kirpal Singh S/o Sh. Ajmer Singh and she is the legal heir of of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Ravinder Kaur W/o Late Sh. Himat Singh (SPA holder), he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
