Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3028/2 of LIG Category in Sector-41-D, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Manu Bhaskar S/o Late Sh. Surinder Bhaskar (Legal heir of Sh. Surinder Kumar S/o Sh. Jagan Nath Bhaskar who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee and Smt. Neena Bhaskar W/o Sh. Surinder Kumar who was the SPA holder of original allottee Smt. Ganga Devi W/o Late Sh. Bhola Nath).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Manu Bhaskar S/o Late Sh. Surinder Bhaskar (Legal heir of Sh. Surinder Kumar S/o Sh. Jagan Nath Bhaskar and Smt. Neena Bhaskar W/o Sh. Surinder Kumar) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3028/2 of LIG Category in Sector-41-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Surinder Kumar S/o Sh. Jagan Nath Bhaskar expired on 02.07.1996 at GURDASPUR (PUNJAB) who was the GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee and Smt. Neena Bhaskar W/o Sh. Surinder Kumar also expired on 15.07.2015 at GURDASPUR (PUNJAB)  who was the SPA holder of original allottee Smt. Ganga Devi W/o Late Sh. Bhola Nath and he is the legal heir of of the deceased GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder. He has also stated that no other legal heir has been left out and all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Manu Bhaskar S/o Late Sh. Surinder Bhaskar, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
