Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3106 in Dhanas dated: 25-2-16

 

Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3106 in Dhanas, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Parveen Kumar S/o Late Sh. Uma Nand (Legal Heir of Late Sh. Uma Nand S/o Sh. Rewat Ram who was Sub-GPA & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Pat Ram S/o Sh. Shiv Charan Dass).

 

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Parveen Kumar S/o Late Sh. Uma Nand (Legal Heir of Late Sh. Sh. Uma Nand S/o Sh. Rewat Ram) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3106 of LIG Category in Dhanas, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Uma Nand S/o Sh. Rewat Ram expired on 23.11.2014 at CHANDIGARH who was Sub-GPA & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Pat Ram S/o Sh. Shiv Charan Dass and he is the Legal heir of the deceased. Sub-GPA & Agreement to Sell holder. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Parveen Kumar S/o Late Sh. Uma Nand, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
