Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3264 of LIG Category in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh in the names of Ms. R. Sangeeta and R. Mridula both daughters of Late Sh. M. Raghunathan (Legal heirs of Late Smt. Meena Raghunathan W/o Late Sh. M. Raghunathan who was GPA,SPA,WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of allottee Sh. Srinivas P. Gudi S/o Sh. Prahalada Charya).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Ms. R. Sangeeta and R. Mridula both daughters of Late Sh. M. Raghunathan (Legal heirs of Late Smt. Meena Raghunathan W/o Late Sh. M. Raghunathan) have applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3264 of LIG Category in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Meena Raghunathan W/o Late Sh. M. Raghunathan expired on 30.07.2004 at NARAYANAPURAM, MADURAI who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the allottee Sh. Srinivas P. Gudi S/o Sh. Prahalada Charya and they are the legal heirs of the deceased. They have also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in their (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Ms. R. Sangeeta and R. Mridula, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
