Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3277/1 of MIG-II Category in Sector-44-D, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Parminder Singh S/o Late Sh. Baljit Singh Bali (Legal heir of Late Sh. Baljit Singh Bali S/o Sh. Prem Singh who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Smt. Pushpa Gosain W/o Sh. T.D. Aneja).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Parminder Singh S/o Late Sh. Baljit Singh Bali (Legal heir of Late Sh. Baljit Singh Bali S/o Sh. Prem Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3277/1 of MIG-II Category in Sector-44-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Baljit Singh Bali S/o Sh. Prem Singh expired on 24.06.2001 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Smt. Pushpa Gosain W/o Sh. T.D. Aneja and he is the legal heir of the deceased. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Parminder Singh S/o Late Sh. Baljit Singh Bali, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
