Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3285 of LIG(U) Category in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh in the name of Mrs. Viraj Kaur W/o Late S. Harbans Singh (Co-GPA holder of original allottee and Legal heir of Late S. Harbans Singh S/o Late S. Teja Singh who was Co-GPAs and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottees Smt. Ramesh Rani S/o Late Sh. Ranbir Kumar and Sh. Ashu Bajaj S/o Late Sh. Ranbir Kumar).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Mrs. Viraj Kaur W/o Late S. Harbans Singh (Co-GPA holder of original allottee and Legal heir of Late S. Harbans Singh S/o Late S. Teja Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3285 of LIG(U) Category in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that S. Harbans Singh S/o Late S. Teja Singh expired on 15.03.2013 at CHANDIGARH who was Co-GPAs and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottees Smt. Ramesh Rani S/o Late Sh. Ranbir Kumar and Sh. Ashu Bajaj S/o Late Sh. Ranbir Kumar and she is the legal heir of the deceased. She has also stated no other legal heir of the deceased has been left out.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Mrs. Viraj Kaur W/o Late S. Harbans Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
