Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3312/2 of EWS Category in Sector-47-D, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Biram Wati W/o Late Sh. Om Parkash (Legal heir of Late Sh. Om Parkash S/o Sh. Surjan Ram who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Dhoom Singh S/o Sh. Sadhu Ram).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Biram Wati W/o Late Sh. Om Parkash (Legal heir of Late Sh. Om Parkash S/o Sh. Surjan Ram) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3312/2 of EWS Category in Sector-47-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Om Parkash S/o Sh. Surjan Ram expired on 17.10.2009 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Dhoom Singh S/o Sh. Sadhu Ram and she is the legal heir of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Biram Wati W/o Late Sh. Om Parkash, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
