Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3388/1 of MIG Category in Sector-40-D

Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3388/1 of MIG Category in          Sector-40-D, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Vijay Laxmi Sharda W/o Late Sh. R.K. Sharda (SPA holder and Legal heir of Sh. R.K. Sharda S/o Sh. Pritam Singh Sharda who was GPA and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Vikram Paul Kailani S/o Sh. K.L. Kailani).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Vijay Laxmi Sharda W/o Late Sh. R.K. Sharda (SPA holder and Legal heir of Sh. R.K. Sharda S/o Sh. Pritam Singh Sharda) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3388/1 of MIG Category in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. R.K. Sharda S/o Sh. Pritam Singh Sharda expired on 21.11.1996 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Vikram Paul Kailani S/o Sh. K.L. Kailani and she is the legal heir of the deceased GPA & Agreement to Sell holder. She has also stated that no other legal heir has been left out and all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Vijay Laxmi Sharda W/o Late Sh. R.K. Sharda, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
