Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3458 of MIG-II(Ind.) Category in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Sushila Rani W/o Sh. Ramesh Chander Sharma (SPA holder & Legal heir of Sh. Ramesh Chander Sharma S/o Late Pt. Chanan Ram who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Kirpal Singh S/o Sh. Sampuran Singh).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Sushila Rani W/o Sh. Ramesh Chander Sharma (SPA holder & Legal heir of Sh. Ramesh Chander Sharma S/o Late Pt. Chanan Ram) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3458 of MIG-II(Ind) Category in Sector-40-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Ramesh Chander Sharma S/o Late Pt. Chanan Ram expired on 31.10.2000 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Kirpal Singh S/o Sh. Sampuran Singh and she is the legal heir of of the deceased GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Sushila Rani W/o Sh. Ramesh Chander Sharma, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
