Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 455 of LIG Category in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Krishna Devi W/o Late Sh. Tarsem Chand Garg (GPA holder & Legal heir of Late Sh. Tarsem Chand Garg S/o Sh. Narata Ram Garg who was SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Hari Singh S/o Sh. Bulla Ram).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Krishna Devi W/o Late Sh. Tarsem Chand Garg (GPA holder & Legal heir of Sh. Tarsem Chand Garg S/o Sh. Narata Ram Garg) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.455 of LIG Category in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Tarsem Chand Garg S/o Sh. Narata Ram Garg expired on 22.04.2002 at CHINTPURNI, DISTT. KANGRA (HP) who was the SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Hari Singh S/o Sh. Bulla Ram and she is the legal heir of of the deceased SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Krishna Devi W/o Late Sh. Tarsem Chand Garg, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
