Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 522 of EWS Category in Sector-40-A, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Krishan S/o Late Sh. Haveli Ram (Legal heir of Late Sh. Haveli Ram S/o Sh. Ladda Ram who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Smt. Santosh Kumari D/o Sh. Tara Chand).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Krishan S/o Late Sh. Haveli Ram (Legal heir of Late Sh. Haveli Ram S/o Sh. Ladda Ram) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.522 of EWS Category in Sector-40-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Haveli Ram S/o Sh. Ladda Ram expired on 10.08.1990 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Smt. Santosh Kumari D/o Sh. Tara Chand and he is the legal heir of the deceased. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Krishan S/o Late Sh. Haveli Ram, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
