Pradeep Kumar both daughters of Late Sh. Ashwani Kumar Dhawan S/o Late Sh. M.G. Dhawan (Legal heirs (Grand Dauthers) of Late Sh. Sh. M.G. Dhawan S/o Sh. R.N. Dhawan who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Sukhminder Singh S/o Sh. Ajmer Singh).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Ritu Khanna W/o Sh. Vikramjeet Singh Khanna & Smt.Geetu Gupta W/o Sh. Pradeep Kumar both daughters of Late Sh. Ashwani Kumar Dhawan S/o Late Sh. M.G. Dhawan (Legal heirs (Grand Dauthers) of Late Sh. M.G. Dhawan S/o Sh. R.N. Dhawan) have applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.745 of MIG(D) Category in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. M.G. Dhawan S/o Sh. R.N. Dhawan expired on 19.12.2015 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Sukhminder Singh S/o Sh. Ajmer Singh and they are the legal heirs of of the deceased GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder. They have also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in their (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Ritu Khanna & Smt.Geetu Gupta, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
