Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 827/1 of LIG(D) Category in Sector-41-A

Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 827/1 of LIG(D) Category in  Sector-41-A, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Arvind Kumar Sharma S/o Late Sh. Hira Lal Sharma (Legal heir of Late Sh. Hira Lal Sharma S/o Sh. Lahori Mal who was GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee and Legal heir of Late Smt. Asha Rani Sharma W/o Late Sh. Hira Lal Sharma who was SPA holder of original allottee Sh. Ram Lal Deol S/o Sh. Bishan Dass Deol).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Arvind Kumar Sharma S/o Late Sh. Hira Lal Sharma (Legal heir of Late Sh. Hira Lal Sharma and Late Smt. Asha Rani Sharma ) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.827/1 of LIG(D) Category in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Hira Lal Sharma S/o Sh. Lahori Mal expired on 10.01.2005 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee and Smt. Asha Rani Sharma W/o Late Sh. Hira Lal Sharma also expired on 05.04.2011 at NOIDA, GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR (UP) who was SPA holder of original allottee Sh. Ram Lal Deol S/o Sh. Bishan Dass Deol and he is the legal heir of the deceased. He has also stated that no other legal heirs has been left out, he is the only legal heir of deceased.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Arvind Kumar Sharma S/o Late Sh. Hira Lal Sharma, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
