Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3039/A of LIG Category in Sector-52, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Jatinder Kaur Malhotra W/o Late Sh. Ajit Singh Malhotra (WILL holder and Legal heir of Sh. Ajit Singh Malhotra S/o S. Gurmukh Singh who was GPA, SPA & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Swarnjit Singh S/o Sh. Pritam Singh).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Jatinder Kaur Malhotra W/o Late Sh. Ajit Singh Malhotra (WILL holder and Legal heir of Sh. Ajit Singh Malhotra) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3039/A of LIG Category in Sector-52, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Ajit Singh Malhotra S/o S. Gurmukh Singh expired on 15.04.2009 at MOHALI (PUNJAB) who was GPA, SPA & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Swarnjit Singh S/o Sh. Pritam Singh and she is the legal heir of of the deceased GPA, SPA & Agreement to Sell holder. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Jatinder Kaur Malhotra W/o Late Sh. Ajit Singh Malhotra, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
