April 4, 2016Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 471/A in Sector-61, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Sudesh Soni W/o Late Sh. Man Mohan Soni (Joint holder of GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee and Legal heris of Sh. Man Mohan Soni S/o Sh. B.R. Soni who was the joint holder of GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Smt. Kanta Rani W/o Sh. Rameshwar Dass Bansal).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Sudesh Soni W/o Late Sh. Man Mohan Soni (Joint holder of GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee and Legal heris of Sh. Man Mohan Soni S/o Sh. B.R. Soni) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.471/A of MIG Category in Sector-61, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Man Mohan Soni S/o Sh. B.R. Soni expired on 04.12.2009 at S.A.S. NAGAR, MOHALI (PB) who was the joint holder of GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Smt. Kanta Rani W/o Sh. Rameshwar Dass Bansal and she is the Legal heir of the deceased GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder. She has has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Sudesh Soni W/o Late Sh. Man Mohan Soni, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
