Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 5090 in Mani Majra, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Kuldeep Kaur W/o Late Sh. Harsharan Singh (Legal heir of Sh. Harsharan Singh S/o Sh. Santokh Singh who was GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Gurbax Singh S/o Sh. Jagat Singh).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Kuldeep Kaur W/o Late Sh. Harsharan Singh (Legal heir of Sh. Harsharan Singh S/o Sh. Santokh Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.5090 of Category-III in Mani Majra, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Harsharan Singh S/o Sh. Santokh Singh expired on 19.12.2010 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Gurbax Singh S/o Sh. Jagat Singh and she is the Legal heir of the deceased GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Kuldeep Kaur W/o Late Sh. Harsharan Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
