Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2298 of EWS Category in Sector-40-C, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Raj Kumari W/o Late Sh. Amrit Lal Nikhanj (Joint holder of the Sub-GPA & Agreement to Sell holder and Legal heir of Sh. Amrit Lal Nikhanj S/o Late Sh. Ghamandi Ram Nikhanj who was Joint holder of Sub-GPA & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Harbans Lal Vaid).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Raj Kumari W/o Late Sh. Amrit Lal Nikhanj (Joint holder of the Sub-GPA & Agreement to Sell holder and Legal heir of Sh. Amrit Lal Nikhanj) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2298 of EWS Category in Sector-40-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Amrit Lal Nikhanj S/o Late Sh. Ghamandi Ram Nikhanj expired on 13.07.2012 at CHANDIGARH who was joint holder of the Sub-GPA & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Harbans Lal Vaid and she is the legal heir of of the deceased Sub-GPA & Agreement to Sell holder. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Raj Kumari W/o Late Sh. Amrit Lal Nikhanj, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
