Transfer of ownership

Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3133 in Sector-47-D, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Harkesh Kaur Sahota D/o Late S. Mehar Singh (Legal heirs of Late Sh. Mehar Singh s/o Sh. Bagga Singh who was the GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Suresh Kumar Gupta S/o Sh. Sohan Lal).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Harkesh Kaur Sahota D/o Late S. Mehar Singh (Legal heirs of Late Sh. Mehar Singh s/o Sh. Bagga Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3133 of LIG Category in Sector-47-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Mehar Singh s/o Sh. Bagga Singh expired on 04.03.2011 at VPO. MAZARA KALAN, TEHSIL & DISTT. NAWANSHAHAR, PUNJAB who was the GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Suresh Kumar Gupta S/o Sh. Sohan Lal and she is the Legal heir of the deceased GPA, SPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Harkesh Kaur Sahota D/o Late S. Mehar Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
