Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 556/2 in Sector-40-A, Chandigarh in the name of Smt. Sheela Devi W/o Sh. Duni Chand (Legal heir of Late Smt. Parkash Wati W/o Late Sh. Ram Chander who was the GPA & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Jagdish Chander S/o Sh. Pinjalu Ram).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Sheela Devi W/o Sh. Duni Chand (Legal heir of Late Smt. Parkash Wati W/o Late Sh. Ram Chander) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.556/2 of EWS Category in Sector-40-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Parkash Wati W/o Late Sh. Ram Chander expired on 15.04.2006 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Jagdish Chander S/o Sh. Pinjalu Ram and she is the legal heir of of the deceased GPA & Agreement to Sell holder. She has also stated that she is the only legal heir of the deceased.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Sheela Devi W/o Sh. Duni Chand, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
