May 3, 2016Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 3237/1 of LIG Category in Sector-47-D, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Mohinder Singh Bahad S/o Sh. Jagat Singh (Legal heir of Sh. Surinder Singh S/o Sh. Jagat Singh who was GPA and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee and Smt. Gian Kaur W/o Sh. Mohinder Singh who was the SPA holder of original allottee Sh. Mohinder Singh S/o Sh. Charan Singh).
It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Mohinder Singh Bahad S/o Sh. Jagat Singh (Legal heir of Sh. Surinder Singh S/o Sh. Jagat Singh and Smt. Gian Kaur W/o Sh. Mohinder Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3237/1 of LIG Category in Sector-47-D, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Surinder Singh S/o Sh. Jagat Singh was un-married and expired on 26.02.2010 at KHARAR, MOHALI (PUNJAB) who was the GPA & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee and Smt. Gian Kaur W/o Sh. Mohinder Singh also expired on 18.02.2015 at MOHALI (PUNJAB) who was the SPA holder of original allottee Sh. Mohinder Singh S/o Sh. Charan Singh and he is the legal heir (brother) of the deceased GPA & Agreement to Sell holder. He has also stated that no other legal heir has been left out and all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Mohinder Singh Bahad S/o Sh. Jagat Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
