It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Smt. Poonam Devasher W/o Sh. Varinder Devasher (Legal heir of Sh. Hukam Chand S/o Sh. Pt. Ghasita Ram) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.3103 of MIG-II Category in Sector-46-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Hukam Chand S/o Sh. Pt. Ghasita Ram expired on 27.10.2000 at CHANDIGARH who was WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Satya Pal Gupta S/o Late Sh. Chatar Sain and she is the legal heir of of the deceased. She has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in her (claimants) favour.
In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Smt. Poonam Devasher W/o Sh. Varinder Devasher, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
