Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 5940 of HIG(Ind.) Category in Mani Majra

Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 5940 of HIG(Ind.) Category in Mani Majra, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Jagmohan Singh S/o Late Sh. Kuldeep Singh Jogi (Legal heir of Sh. Kuldeep Singh Jogi S/o Sh. Pyara Singh who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Sukhdev Singh S/o Sh. Hari Singh).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Jagmohan Singh S/o Late Sh. Kuldeep Singh Jogi (Legal heir of Sh. Kuldeep Singh Jogi S/o Sh. Pyara Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.5940 of HIG(Ind.) Category in Mani Majra, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Kuldeep Singh Jogi S/o Sh. Pyara Singh expired on 14.12.2000 at CHANDIGARH who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Sukhdev Singh S/o Sh. Hari Singh and he is the legal heir of of the deceased. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Jagmohan Singh S/o Late Sh. Kuldeep Singh Jogi, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
