Sh. Ashok Kumar S/o Sh. Krishan Lal, Sub-GPA holder of Sh. Inder Singh S/o Sh. Roop Singh, resident of House No. 1213 in Sector-40-B, Chandigarh has approached to the Chandigarh Housing Board for the issuance of Duplicate copy of Allotment Letter in respect of Dwelling Unit No.1213 of EWS category in Sector-40-B, Chandigarh due to loss of this document. He has furnished the DDR registered with M.O.B. Branch, Chandigarh Police on dated 29.04.2016 regarding the loss of above said document and report from the Police Post, Palsora, Chandigarh on 22.5.2016, that the same is untraceable. Any person having any objection, against the issuance of duplicate copy of allotment letter in respect of the above said Dwelling Unit to the said Sh. Ashok Kumar S/o Sh. Krishan Lal, Sub-GPA holder of Sh. Inder Singh S/o Sh. Roop Singh, he/she should file the objection before the undersigned in writing within 15 days from the publication of this notice, failing which the documents shall be issued. Further, in case original documents as mentioned above are found by anyone, the same should be submitted in the above noted Police Station or in the office of the undersigned.
