Sh. Rakesh Kumar Mahajan S/o Late Sh. Rattan Lal Mahajan GPA holder of Sh. Kamaljt Singh S/o Late Sh. Attar Singh, resident of House No.3097, Sector-45-D, Chandigarh has approached to the Chandigarh Housing Board for the issuance of Duplicate Copy of Allotment letter and Possession Letter in respect of Dwelling Unit No.3097 of LIG Category in Sector-45-D, Chandigarh due to loss of these documents. He has furnished the DDR No.36, registered with Police Post, Burail, Chandigarh on dated 30.06.2015 regarding the loss of above said documents and report from the said Police Post that the same are still non-traceable. Any person having any objection, against the issuance of duplicate copy of allotment letter and possession letter in respect of the above said Dwelling Unit to the said Sh. Rakesh Kumar Mahajan S/o Late Sh. Rattan Lal Mahajan GPA holder of Sh. Kamaljit Singh S/o Late Sh. Attar Singh, he/she should file the objection before the undersigned in writing within 15 days from the publication of this notice, failing which the documents shall be issued. Further, in case original documents as mentioned above are found by anyone, the same should be submitted in the above noted Police Post/Station or in the office of the undersigned.
