Issue of duplicate copies of allotment and possession Letter in respect of dwelling Unit No. 943 Sector-40-A dated-20-4-16

Sh. Narinder Nath Bagai S/o Sh. Lal Chand Bagai GPA holder of Sh. Kulwant Singh S/o S. Satnam Singh, resident of House No.943, Sector-40-A, Chandigarh has approached to the Chandigarh Housing Board for the issuance of Duplicate Copy of Allotment letter and Possession Letter in respect of Dwelling Unit No.943 of MIG Category in Sector-40-A, Chandigarh due to loss of these documents. He has furnished the GD No.27, registered with Police Station, Sector-39, Chandigarh on dated 08.04.2016 regarding the loss of above said documents and report from the said Police Station that the same are still non-traceable. Any person having any objection, against the issuance of duplicate copy of allotment letter and possession letter in respect of the above said Dwelling Unit to the said Sh. Narinder Nath Bagai S/o Sh. Lal Chand Bagai GPA holder of Sh. Kulwant Singh S/o S. Satnam Singh, he/she should file the objection before the undersigned in writing within 15 days from the publication of this notice, failing which the documents shall be issued. Further, in case original documents as mentioned above are found by anyone, the same should be submitted in the above noted Police Post/Station or in the office of the undersigned.
