Smt. Balwant Kaur W/o Late Sh. Manohar Singh (Transferee), R/o # 2006/1, Sector-40-C, Chandigarh has approached to the Chandigarh Housing Board for the issuance of Duplicate Copy of Allotment letter, Possession and NDC in respect of Dwelling Unit No.2006/1 of LIG(L) Category in Sector-40-C, Chandigarh due to loss of these documents. She has furnished the D.D.R. No.29, registered with Police Station, Sector-39, Chandigarh, on dated 27.01.2016 regarding the loss of above said documents and report from the above said Police Post/Station that the same are still non-traceable. Any person having any objection, against the issuance of duplicate copy of Allotment letter, Possession and NDC in respect of the above said Dwelling Unit to the said Smt. Balwant Kaur W/o Late Sh. Manohar Singh (Transferee), he/she should file the objection before the undersigned in writing within 15 days from the publication of this notice, failing which the documents shall be issued. Further, in case original documents as mentioned above are found by anyone, the same should be submitted in the above noted Police Post or in the office of the undersigned.
