Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 171 of LIG Category in Sector-41-A, dated-15-9-16

Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 171 of LIG Category in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Charanjit Singh S/o Late Sh. Gurdial Singh (Legal heir of Late S. Gurdial Singh S/o S. Raja Singh who was GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Shadi Ram S/o Rattan Singh).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Charanjit Singh S/o Late Sh. Gurdial Singh (Legal heir of Late S. Gurdial Singh S/o S. Raja Singh) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.171 of LIG Category in Sector-41-A, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that S. Gurdial Singh S/o S. Raja Singh expired on 20.01.2004 at CHANDIGARH who was the GPA, SPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Shadi Ram S/o Rattan Singh and he is the legal heir of the deceased. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Charanjit Singh S/o Late Sh. Gurdial Singh, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
