Subject: – Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 5144/1 of HIG-I Category in Mani Majra, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Ravneet Singh Mehra S/o Late Sh. Harminder Singh Mehra (SPA holder of original allottee and Legal heir of Late Smt. Upinder Kaur Mehra W/o Late Col. H.S. Mehra who was GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of the original allottee Sh. Inder Mohan Sidhu S/o Sh. Channu Ram).

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Ravneet Singh Mehra S/o Late Sh. Harminder Singh Mehra (SPA holder of original allottee and Legal heir of Late Smt. Upinder Kaur Mehra W/o Late Col. H.S. Mehra) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.5144/1 of HIG-I Category in Mani Majra, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Smt. Upinder Kaur Mehra W/o Late Col. H.S. Mehra expired on 20.01.2008 at DELHI who was the GPA, WILL and Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Inder Mohan Sidhu S/o Sh. Channu Ram and he is the legal heir of the deceased. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Ravneet Singh Mehra S/o Late Sh. Harminder Singh Mehra, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
