Transfer of ownership D.U.No. 2264 dated: 23-2-16

Subject: –         Transfer of ownership of D.U.No. 2264 in Sector-40-C, Chandigarh in the name of Sh. Surinder Pal S/o Late Sh. Baldev Chand (Legal Heir of Late Sh. Baldev Chand S/o Sh. Birbal who was GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Inderjit S/o Late Sh. Hota Ram).

 

It is hereby notified for the information of the General Public and all concerned that Sh. Surinder Pal S/o Late Sh. Baldev Chand (Legal Heir of Late Sh. Baldev Chand S/o Sh. Birbal) has applied for transfer of ownership of D.U.No.2264 of EWS Category in Sector-40-C, Chandigarh to the Chandigarh Housing Board and stating that Sh. Baldev Chand S/o Sh. Birbal expired on 07.10.2003 at VPO.-TAKKA, UNA (HP) who was GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holder of original allottee Sh. Inderjit S/o Late Sh. Hota Ram and stated that he is the Legal heir of the deceased GPA, WILL & Agreement to Sell holders. He has also stated that all other legal heirs of the deceased have relinquished their rights/interest in the Dwelling unit in his (claimants) favour.

In case anybody has any objection regarding the claim/right/interest in the dwelling unit which is proposed to be transferred by the Chandigarh Housing Board in favour of Sh. Surinder Pal S/o Late Sh. Baldev Chand, he/she may submit the objection in writing to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which the registration and allotment of the said dwelling unit shall be transferred in favour of the above claimant.
